This web site will be updated occassionally, it provides links to government sites and to historical records that were made during our Stanhope neighborhood's battle with an illegal developments on Block 10902 Lots 10 and 12 and Block 10903 Lots 13, 14 and 15 by the criminal developer E.N.F. Development Co. LLC., Franklin Dawalt Jr. who has been protected for years by Stanhope's corrupt municipal government, New Jersey State Government and the federal Newark's U.S. Attorney's Office. The illegal development has for years adversely impacted our tranquility, general welfare, well being and private property. Dozens of Government officials have been sent thousands of pages of evidence and ignored it for years. This web site has been prepared to provide you a history of abuse of the municipal, state and federal governments, the developer and its contractors and the Borough of Stanhope's and Sussex County Soil Conservation District's professional services contractor's, professional engineers, professional planners, field inspectors, attorneys, judges, prosecutors and Stanhope, Hopatcong Police and Netcong Troop 8 State Police. With the attached links, we wish to arm to survive the massive criminal corruption that permiates our governments as they protect criminals and themselves in blantant disregard of laws and use the Police, Prosecutors, Judges and Criminal Justice System itself to sponser and support their criminal activities. Of course, it doesn't help when the rain at the end of June 2006 flooded Trenton our capital and the Governor of New Jersey in a budget battle to significantly raise our State sales tax by 16% which our legislative representative's refused. So our Governor shutdown our New Jersey State government on Jul 1, 2006. Also on Jul 1, 2006, in typical New Jersey Attorney General fashion, our newest AG Ms. Zulima Farber made the newspapers Ms. Farber had a State trooper using a State Police car drive her to a Check Point for Click-it or Ticket-It as her live-in boy friend Mr. Hamlet Goore was having his car empounded for having a suspended license and operating an unregistered vehicle. Needless to say, in typical New Jersey Government fashion after Ms. Farber's arrival on the scene the two tickets that were given to Ms. Farber's live-in boy friend were both voided. The Governor has requested his Chief Counsel, Stuart Rabner to decide if the State should appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the case as Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli may have a conflict of interest. On Jun 14, 2006, the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office's First Assistant Prosecutor Mr. Fitzgibbons recused the SCPO from Stanhope's investigation as the Director of Criminal Justice Mr. Gregg Paw, AAG Ms. Louise Lester, Mr. Edgar Hess and Det Sgt Miles Capiello were all recommended for criminal investigation as well as SCPO's Detective Joseph Costello as he willfully lied to the Department of Community Affairs Local Government investigation as did Stanhope's henchwoman and Town Administrator Teresa Massood who has willfully lied to numerous criminal investigations. On May 11, 2006 the Department of Community Affairs' Government Record Council's finding was the Borough of Stanhope's letters banning me (written by our corrupt Town Administrator and our corrupt Borough Attorney Richard Stein of Laddey, Clark and Ryan of Sparta, New Jersey) were illegal (criminal) acts and the Borough of Stanhope with the knowledge of our corrupt Mayor Diana Kuncken and its corrupt Governing Body willfully violated the Open Public Records Act eighteen times but these criminals still control Stanhope's municipal government in a constant state of criminal conduct as there is no municipal engineer under contract and PE. Mr. Eric Keller of Omland Engineering Assoicates, John Cilo Jr. and Scarlett Doyleof John Cilo Jr. Associates have no official standing, no contracts and Stanhope illegally and criminally with impunity violates the Map Filing Law and disburses funds to these criminals illegally. On May 8, 2006, fifteen property owners wrote of letter again of the continuing criminal conduct which started on these lots on Jan 8, 2002 which dispite thousands of papers of evidence, letters from our State and Federal representatives continues non-stop in full view of the public and the official newspaper the New Jersey Herald.
