I met with the Assistant U.S. Attorney Mr. Nobile and Mr. Beet for two hours on Nov 30, 2005 and provided them the evidence which was ignored by the State Commission of Investigation and the Office of Government Integrity. Senator Cohill sent a box of evidence to the OGI which included two inches of evidence, the false plans, minutes of Town Council and Land Use Board meetings that showed the Mayor and Town Council were in a conspiracy as they knew another wall in the conservation easement was built after the illegal certificate of occupancy was issued by the Stanhope Construction Code Official Thomas Pershouse. Mr. Perhouse, the Stanhope Borough Engineer John Cilo Jr. and the Sussex County Soil Conservation District's manager all lied to an official investigation conducted by the Department of Community Affairs Codes and Standards by Mr. Maher as all falsely told the investigator an approved municipality and certified SCSCD Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan was not required for the minor sub-division project Block 10902 Lots 10 and 12 with over 20,000 sq ft disturbed at the same time by the same developer E.N.F. Development Co. LLC did not exist. A criminal violation of N.J.S.A. 4:24-49 Certificate of Occupancy for project; conditions for issuance. In addition, Stanhope's Municipal Code Chapter 100 Land Development was violated and the Deed restrictions were also violated.
