Incompetent Office of Government Integrity


Senator Codey sent an box of evidence to the incompetent and inept Office of Government Integrity. The material included a computer CD with hundreds of files with images of letters, emails, Borough Engineer's photographs and dozens of other witnessed dated photographs, copies of minutes of Stanhope Town Council and Land Use Board public meetings, petitions, letters from all adjacent property owners, Senator Littell, Assemblyman Gregg, Assemblywoman Mc Hose, Land Use Board and Stanhope Environmental Commission all stating plans were not followed, laws were violated, provided the criminal code numbers and the Office of Government Integrity Ignored all the data and also more then twenty audio tapes of public meetings to show what really occurred in the meetings and not reply on the so called minutes. It was another fruitless endeavor.

Years went by as further attempts were made. The Office of Government Integrity was again provided by fax after fax more and more data on the criminal offense of the developer, E.N.F. Development Co. LLC and Borough of Stanhope government officials and State officials committing crime and crime with false reports to one another in official investigation, false inspection reports, illegally issued certificates of occupancy, commission of felonies and still the Office of Government Integrity was once again dismal and inept as shown in its latest letter.

Acting Governor Codey (also Senator) could have selected any executive branch. He chose the Office of Government Integrity. I suggest until they get some leadership and attorney's in the Office of Government Integrity that know their jog assignment, the Office's budget be cut by 50%

document government criminal conduct.

Ms Wildmann: Stated OGI would accept no telephone calls from me.

Mr. Caggiano: I asked her who gave her that order.

Ms. Wildmann: Stated Mr. E pstein gave her the order.

Mr. Caggiano: I requested she connect me with Mr. Epstein.

Ms. Wildmann: She refused stating she was ordered not to connect me with any person in the OGI and stated she was
informed by Mr. Epstein the case was closed and I could not contact any per son in OGI further.
