Let's not forget the completely Sussex County Soil Conservation District's Board of Supervisor's, Mr. Clifford Lundin its chairman and Ms. Straub the manager and its District Attorney Mr. Brian Smith and the Director of Agriculture Ms. Monique Purcell, executive secretary of the State Soil Conservation Committee.All plans and other documents signed by Mr. Cilo are irrevalent without the OFFICIAL Signature of the Borough Engineer but since the forms don't say Borough Engineer, Stanhope just decieves everyone except us that know of course about the law such as Chapter 100-3-C(2) but not to many laypeople walk around with code manuals, site plans, Uniform Construction Codes, Land Development Codes, State Soil Control Act Regulations, BOCA codes, Munipical Laws, Deeds other then their own home, hundreds of witnessed dated photographs, dozens of audio tapes of Town Council, Land Use Board and Stanhope Environmental Commission and studied them, was a professional engineer for thirty years, a Policy chief for 4,000 engineers, procurement specialist, an Engineering Manager Branch chief for Billiions of dollare of construction, an international technical expert advisors to the Corps of Engineer, an expert in Acquistion Streaming of laws, and a good chess player. To bad for the State I am "retired" working ten or more hours 6 or 7 days a week to put the criminals away in jail and fined millions of dollars. Our amusing Town Council, Mayor, Land Use Board, Construction Code Official Mr. Thomas Pershouse, Attorneys Mr. Stein and Mr. Thomas, Borough Engineer Mr. Keller, Land Use Board Engineer John Cilo Jr., Code Enforcement Official Ms. Arlene Fisher and Town Administrator Ms. Teri Massood, Chief of Police Mr. Pittenger think we don't know about the ilegal development on Block 10902 Lot 10 and 12, 2 Oak Drive and 6 Oak Drive.
