Met the cast of criminal characters in the New Jersey's corrupt government in Sussex County's Borough of Stanhope as they ignor 911 calls, are completely abhorrent humans and are going to be expunged as Governor Corzine ordered the Department of Community Affairs which has over 3,000 pages of evidence and has allowed the corrupt officials for years to plague our community.

The Government of Stanhope and its Police Department are so completely corrupt that it allowed the criminal developer E.N.F. Development Co. LLC, Franklin Dawalt Jr., to undertake development on Block 10903 Lots 13 and 14, 8 Hickory Drive, without a site plan or any Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan approved. The property required critical slope variances and has an underground spring or waterflow that has been known to the Borough of Stanhope for years as it was the main topic at numerous meetings.

Below is a transcript of the 911 telephone call I made to protect my neighbors as Mrs. Lois Dersky was very concerned for the health of her family as her husband and two adult children all have asthma and a stench of fumes was eminating from the property behind her home. She lives at 3 Oak Drive the property adjacent and west of 8 Hickory Drive.

Despite repeated complaints to the criminals in Stanhope's Governing Body, Mayor, Land Use Board, Chief of Police, Code Enforcement Official and criminals in Sussex County Soil Conservation District that State and Municipal Laws such as the State Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Act and Stanhope Land Development Code were violated and others in State and Federal Government the criminal Franklin Dawalt Jr. is protected.

Photographs of ENF were provided with a CD to the Borough of Stanhope showing ENF was no only on 8 Hickory Drive but had boulders on Block 10903 Lot 15 which was NOT even his property.

His illegal activity has proceeded for months willfully and protected by corrupt Borough and State officials.

    Background: I filed a complaint with Code Enforcement Officer prior to the event s the Developer was doing development on Block 10903 Lots 13, 14 AND 15 which was NOT his property.

    I complained of the illegal development in the Land Use Board and Town Council meeting and advised the Mayor and Governing Body in the June 20, 2006 public meeting of the 911 call which they ignored.

  • I have been cooperating with the U.S. Attorney’s Office Mr. James Nobile ( I filed a complaint against Mr. Nobile in the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division Mr. Wan Kim Assistant AG and faxed them evidence of the conspiracy. I briefed Mr. Nobile and Mr. Stan Beet, his staff member, for two hours on Nov 30, 2005 and provided the criminally false plans, a CD full of evidence, and mailed and faxed him hundreds of pieces of evidence and Mr. Nobile refused any appointment in response to my telephone calls or written requests), Governor’s assistant Mr. Ian Brenner , N.J.     The Governor directed that the Township be investigated. The GRC finding on May 11, 2006 was that Stanhope issued illegal orders and willfully denied me access to Stanhope records.

    When I went to the police station an officer arrived after I placed a call via the call box and he consulted with our criminal Chief of Police.

    I went into the Police Station were the police officer refused to write any incident report or any C2 criminal report. How totally corrupt can you get?

    Well the SGT wrote a criminally false 911 incident report which is below as the Derseky's complained of the stink when the officer arrived and the SGT contrived a false report to protect the criminal developer E.N.F. Development Co. LLC that built two homes illegally on Block 10902 Lots 10 and 12 on 2 and 6 Oak Drive as the protests of the entire community were ignored for years as municipal, state officials, judges, enforcement agencies, prosecutors conspired together against the people for four 4 years dispite thousands of pieces of evidence, letters, obvious false memorandum, plans and personal confrontations in many meetings.

    The Municipal, State and Federal government tryanny is going to STOP and be eradicated.

    The Hopatcong Police Department has cooperated in covering the efforts of their brethen by willfully denying valid OPRA requests and refused to even look at the transcript I made to review its accuracy or accept any piece of evidence from me to show the report was falsely reported in Stanhope.

    I was convicted twice in Hopatcong's corrupt court and handcuffed by its police department as I had letters from Senator Littell, Assemblywoman Mc Hose and Assemblyman Gregg as its former Mayor Clifford Lundin the corrupt chairman of the Sussex County Soil Conservation District in Newton, N.J. filed false charges against me and had his "appointed" judge and prosecutor convict me without even calling the two witnesses Mrs. Mary Pawar and Mrs. Kathryn Caggiano as we had written a letter jointly to the New Jersey Attorney General Peter Harvey to conduct an investigation of Stanhope, the Sussex County Soil Conservation District and the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office.

    I was also convicted three times by Stillwater's judge Mulhern who is also Stanhope judge as he also refused to allow me to call a witness and the corrupt Sussex County Soil Conservation District's manager Winifred Straub filed false charges.

    The corruption in New Jersey is rampant, widespread, pathetic and just unbelievable as I was placed into five point restraints, into a mental clinic for 18 days, drugged against my wishes and had my red blood cell count reduced 50% and had to serve 15 days in the Sheriff's Labor Assistance Program where they made you strip off thick layers of lead based paint in an old church as flakes rained upon your head and body. Since you were an inmate, you could NOT file a complaint with the federal or state government!

    The Department's of Community Affairs' General Record Council on May 11, 2006 findings were the Borough of Stanhope willfully violated the OPRA for access to public documents eighteen times and willfully issued illegal orders to its Police Department to criminally charge me with harrassment and trespass if I entered unto Borough of Stanhope property for any reason, contacted any Borough employee for any reason yet those that signed the letters namely the corrupt Town Administrator Teri Massood and Borough Attorney Richard Stein with the sponsorship of the corrupt Mayor and Governing Body still plague our community as of Jun 26, 2006 which is 4 years after fourteen citizens wrote a letter to the corrupt officials to comply with the laws, site plan and restore destroyed trees as reported in the Newspaper.

LLC's criminal development of Block 10902 Lot 10 and 12 was known to Stanhope's Borough Attorney Richard Stein, Municipal Prosecutor Richard Stein, Town Administrator Teri Massood, Borough Engineer John Cilo Jr. and Construction Code Official on Jan 8, 2002 and has been protected by Stanhope officials, State officials, Federal Officials for years as criminally false memorandums, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, false reports to enforcement officials, by criminal investigators themselves to other investigators has occurred for four (4) years of uninterrupted criminal conduct thorough all forms of government.

    I see our new New Jersey Attorney General Ms. Zulima Farber is setting a wonderful example as she made the New Jersey Star Ledger paper on Saturday, July 3, 2006 on page 11 as Governor Corzine has requested his chief council to review the findings of a municipal police department investigation into whether she intervened on behalf of her boyfriend at a Click-it or Ticket Stop. Seems Fairview Borough Police officers went easy on Mr. Hamlet Goore who lives with the attorney general in North Bergen. When Mr. Goore was told his car would be impounded because its registration had lapsed he called our New Jersey Attorney General Ms. Farber to unload the minivan.

    After Ms. Farber arrived in our state-owned vehicle driven by our State Police trooper, the two court summones that were issued to her boy friend Mr. Goore for driving with a suspended license and operating an unregistered vehicle were voided.

    Well, I guess Ms. Farber follows the other criminals in the Department of Criminal Justice: the Director Gregg Paw, AAG Louise Lester, Edgar Hess, the Office of Government Integrity, Sussex County Prosecutor's Office, Judges, Stillwater and Hopatcong Prosecutors, Stanhope Mayor, Governing Body, Stanhope Police and Hopatcong Police and others.
